Returns Policy
If you’ve purchased something that you’ve later decided you don’t need, we’ll happily accept returns up to 14 days from purchase date for a full refund. Please contact us first and we’ll provide you with a return reference number and instructions. If you’ve received a faulty or damaged product contact us as above with details of the damage/error and we’ll offer a refund/replacement on return of the original items.

When sending the item back to us, please include a copy of your order receipt/packing slip in the parcel.  On safe receipt a refund for the item will be made.   Return postage costs are not refunded unless you received an incorrect item, it is damaged or defective.

Until we receive the goods you are returning, they are your responsibility. For your protection and peace of mind, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service to return any items. Refunds will not be processed until we’ve received the returned items.

Please note: We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser of the product once it is received by us.  Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase
